I had to visit the new ER facility situated on international Pkwy. I walked right in, was attended to immediately. The facility was lovely, and the staff, outstanding. Very professional. Did not do any unnecessary tests, were to the point and ensured that I was comfortable during my short stay here. I was treated with compassion. Won’t hesitate to come back here again.

These people just forgot me!!!!

I went into the ER with palpitations. The check-in was quick; however, they made me wait for nearly two hours before taking me back to the room. I sat in the room for three hours, waiting for a doctor to come and see me. All I got was an NP who came in between for a second to see if I was alive or not and then vanished again.

After waiting for too long, I decided enough was enough and then went and checked with the nurse. The nurse was surprised that I was still there. She thought I was discharged. Talk about communication and competence.

I told I was not discharged, but am getting discharged now. I cannot waste my precious time on people who are least bothered. Went to another hospital, where I received prompt attention.

I delivered my daughter here, on May 12, 2018. I had some complications, and I was in the hospital for nearly a week. The care which my daughter and I got here was exceptional. The nurses were very friendly and took out time to come and play with Rhea. They were awesome. The doctors were also very friendly and did not hesitate to answer questions that my husband and I threw at them. The room was clean. The food was great. The best birthing experience ever. Thanks, Central Florida Regional

Have been to this place once and I was happy with the way the folks treated me. I had visited this place with a swollen leg after an insect bite. The nurse did not waste any time and ushered me in and then took me back to the room.

The doctor was beside me within seconds. She did not waste any time either, asked me to get a blood test, and when the result came, gave appropriate meds as well as an allergy shot, and I was on my way. Spent 90 minutes at this place and this included 30 minutes for parking…very satisfied
