My husband was an inpatient at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center for a few days. We can honestly tell that he had an excellent doctor and a team of nurses to take care of him. We did not need to ask anything here. The doctor and the nurses ensured that whatever my husband needed in terms of care and other stuff was provided to him even before he asked for them. They also took good care of me. Very happy with the care that Stan got here.

The only hiccup…the cafeteria needs a lot of improvement.

My wife underwent surgery three weeks ago and was later shifted to the CCU for better monitoring until she was discharged. She was under excellent care. The nurses and doctors across the board, as well as the surgeon, were very friendly, highly professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They kept my wife and me in the loop at every stage. Every individual involved in her care had excellent bedside manners. One of the best hospital visits we have had until now. Not planning to return anytime soon, but if required, we know where to come to

The worst hospital one can ever come across. This dump only cares for money and nothing else. They will force you to take all types of tests, even if it is not required. They have absolutely no empathy and would move out a patient if they feel they are a no more money-making machine. A highly dangerous place to go for seeking medical care

So, I visited the hospital for a minor issue and a few tests later; I am having an emergent surgery followed by an overnight stay. The stay was good. The nursing staff was great and took very good care of me. The food service was also at par with the big daddies out there. They even offered food for my wife.

This is an incredible ER team. They were fantastic. When they felt that surgery would have to be done, they called up the surgeon discussed with him and with my wife and me and then went ahead. Even when there was a little complication, the team contacted the surgeon and addressed the issue in a jiffy.

Thank you, Cedar Park Regional Medical Center, for taking excellent care of me

I was brought to this place by EMS after a hit-and-run left me injured. I did not have anything on me and was not sure if they would take me in. The front desk was helpful and called up my husband and informed about the accident. I was taken in very quickly, and the doctor was beside me in minutes. A few tests are run, and it is proved that I have multiple fractures in my leg and a small crack in my knee. A late night surgery is done, and I am put in a cast and given crutches. They also did not have any problem when my husband asked if we can stay overnight in case there was any problem. The next day, we are discharged with crutches and a treatment plan. Never received such wonderful care anywhere. Will not hesitate to return.

This review is about the Medical Records and Billing department. I was involved in an accident and received treatment here. As I was fighting a case against the person who was driving the other car, I requested these people to send me the records. No reply. Even my advocate called and even sent a letter requesting records. Still, these people did not deem it appropriate to send appropriate documents. Finally, a threat to file a complaint and physical presence ensured that the documents were handed over to me. Such pathetic customer service!!!!!

I was admitted to the floor for an overnight stay due to some issues with the heartbeat. I could not sleep due to noise, which was being made on the floor. It was not by the patients, but by the nurses. They were chitchatting, having a great hearty laugh over jokes, and making a lot of noise completely forgetting that the place was a hospital and not a bar. Night shifts can be difficult, but it does not mean that you do not allow others to rest. Won’t return at all.
