My wife delivered at 35 weeks with preeclampsia. Since this was our first child, it was a scary experience for us. My wife and our daughter stayed in the hospital for three weeks. My daughter also ended up getting jaundice. Every single nurse and doctor whom we interacted during this stressful situation were great. They were accommodating and ensured that both the mother and child were on the road to recovery. The review would not be complete without a word or two about the food. It is very good. Not restaurant style, but hearty and fulfilling!

Castle Rock Adventist Hospital is awful and pathetic!! They have no clue about anything. The only thing that they know is wrongly billing their patients. Not only one has to keep track of what treatment they give, but also have to focus on the bills, because invariably, the billing department would get it wrong. It is not a one-off case but is a recurring theme with this hospital.

Coming to the care, the doctors and nurses would spend a lot of time in figuring out what are they supposed to do. It seems like these idiots are quacks and not real doctors. I have visited this hospital thrice (once for myself and twice for my friends who were rushed here via ambulance) and every time, the service was atrocious.

The hospital building gives a warm feeling, but the people who run it have no idea of how to run a hospital.

My mother was rushed to the ER with a life-threatening medical event. The staff took her in very quickly, and the treatment was started immediately. The entire staff was attentive, wonderful, had the patience to listen to her symptoms. They were always around her, addressing all her needs. They explained her problem in simple English. Thanks to the excellent care, my mother recovered very well. Coming to the facilities, the emergency room is spotless. One feels safe and comfortable in the emergency room. Highly recommended

I was admitted here from January 15th through the 20th, with an acute respiratory infection. I was treated very courteously and professionally. Every single individual whom I interacted with during my admission was very empathetic, and it felt like they genuinely cared for my health. Though I cannot remember the names of everybody, I would like to thank every individual for taking such wonderful care of me. While I do not want to get hospitalized again, but in the unfortunate event that I have to, I know where to go

My husband had surgery at Castle Rock Adventist, a few days back. The entire team which treated him were amazing! The wonderful hospital experience began with the excellent front desk, where the registration was done within a few minutes. The nursing staff treated him pretty well. They were kind and very assuring. The surgery went off very successfully. Surgery is always a scary proposition, both for the patient as well as the family members, but the medical staff at Castle Rock Adventist do know how to make it a memorable event.
