Went there for gall bladder removal and associated hernia repair in March 2018. I had a good experience. The nurses were good, all of them, check-in, pre-op, surgery, post-op, and recovery. The nursing staff was very respectful and very accommodating. My surgeon (I think it was Dr. Whitman…) was the best surgeon that I have come across. He was very professional and business-like, but at the same time was very reassuring. His team of nurses was very good. Cannot complete the review without mentioning the anesthesia doctors. They were very funny and great. I was not the ideal surgical patient, I weigh 260 pounds, but they did not make any fun of it. I am so grateful for these kind souls

I came to Cascade Valley three days back due to a flare-up of my back pain. My wife took me to the nearest ER, and it happened to be this hospital. Completely satisfied with the quality of care that I got at this hospital. It took some time to be seen, but to be fair to them, there was a huge rush. The staff was very considerate and made every effort possible to ease my back pain before I was seen. Once seen, was given medication and advised complete rest. I am very thankful to the entire team…

This is an Urgent Care where people are seen after hours, even when there is no rush!!! I went to the ER with a nasal issue and severe throat pain. I waited for three hours after which I was told that I had nasal drainage, which would go through the back of my throat, and the throat would have a weird feeling for a few days. DUH!!!! I know that, you idiots. I came here for getting treatment for it. Worse, I was seen by a PA for a period of two minutes. No meds. I went to another doctor who diagnosed me as having mono. I was given penicillin, pain meds as well as a nasal spray. Thanks to the wonderful doctor, my infection was cleared within a week. Would never go back to Cascade Urgent Care.

WOW! Double Thumbs Up for Cascade. Everybody was great. I did not face any issues from parking till discharge. The triage nurse was excellent and very friendly. The doctor and the RN were also very great and listened to my problems very patiently and ordered appropriate treatment…Wow!! Highly impressed with you guys!!!

These people are so goddamn slow. I waited for nearly four hours for an f*&k*&g blood draw. This when the ER was deserted. I should have heeded to my wife’s advice and went somewhere else. I had heard a lot about Cascade Valley and was planning to shift my care to this hospital; but after this horrible episode, not keen on coming back.
