Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center does not care for its patients at all. I called the hospital for an appointment, and the lady who answered the phone told they are out for at least six months. The lady did not allow me to complete my sentence and hung up on me. I think this behavior says it all.

I had an excellent hospital experience at this place. The doctor who treated me ensured that my opinion and concerns were taken into consideration while coming up with a treatment plan. The doctor was amiable and had excellent bedside manners. He was thorough and ordered only relevant tests. Each test was explained, and the results were discussed with me. The nurses were also excellent and ensured that I was comfortable. These people made sure that Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center came out with flying colors during my time here.

My husband had to be admitted and stay overnight for observation. He was treated very well by the nursing team. They were very attentive to his needs and made sure that he did not face any issues. The nursing staff also made sure that I was comfortable while I kept vigil. The real surprise was the food. It was terrific and very hearty. There were a lot of choices.

We are happy with the way this wonderful hospital treated Nathan. For us, this has become the hospital of choice

The staff and hospitalist at Carson Tahoe genuinely care for their patients. The nurses and doctors involved in my care walked that extra mile to make sure that not only was I treated well, but my family members were also comfortable while they waited on me. They were very friendly, caring, courteous, and did not hesitate to crack jokes and pull each other’s legs all in order to ensure that there was a right healing environment. I think this makes it such an outstanding hospital

I have gone through various reviews and was amazed by how well the patients were treated. I did not have such an enjoyable experience at all. I was admitted for vertigo, and these folks have not been able to understand the cause of it. I spent a week here without any success. Moreover, the nursing staff is filled with lazy bums. I have issues with COPD, and these lazy bums did not bother to put up an oxygen mask, this despite me telling them numerous times.

Finally, when I realized that they are not able to get to a conclusion, I left AMA and got admitted in another hospital where they took excellent care of me as well as find out the reason for my vertigo.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this shithole!!!!
