This hospital SUCKS!!!! The doctors and nurses are kind souls, but they do not have any sense of hygiene. I saw a nurse pick up a soiled sheet from the ground and throw it in the bin, barehanded. The nurse did not wash her hands after that and went on doing her job.

Some of the nurses are incompetent also, especially the one who was in charge of my care. He did not know how to set up an IV and ended up leaving huge clots on my hand. The doctors were also bordering incompetence.

All in all, a hospital that you should probably skip. Lack of hygiene and lack of competence is a deadly combination and is something that I would not like to risk my life on.

Unbelievable!!!!!

The billing department of Canyon Vista Medical Center is pathetic and the most worthless in the country. I had visited the ER and had a minor procedure done. I was treated well, and the care was exceptional. I am feeling good and then go home. A few days later, I get a bill in my mail. This was on a Saturday. I make the payment that day itself. Monday morning, I get a call from a collection agency regarding my pending payment.

I was shocked. I received the bill and paid on the same day. I explain it to the guy from the collection agency. What he told me next was shocking. The hospital had turned over my bill to collections on Saturday itself, the day I received the bill. They could have waited for a few days before turning over my bill.

I cannot believe it. The collection agency was understanding and did not proceed further. However, I have decided never to seek care from this place. Do not want to get humiliated again!!!!

This was my 1st visit to this hospital. I was having a tough time keeping things down for the past few days. When diarrhea started yesterday, I realized it was time for some medical help. The ER staff was excellent and did not waste any time in beginning the treatment. I was given IV and a shot for the puking. A two-day stay followed, and by the end of the second day, I was feeling very well and was discharged. I am delighted and happy with the care that I received here

Went to the ER thinking I had a bad case of flu. However, tests showed it was not the flu, but a case of aggressive pneumonia. I had to stay in the hospital for a week. I received excellent care during my stay here. The doctors and nurses were very knowledgeable, friendly, and very caring. The nurses were attentive to my needs and made sure that I was comfortable during my stay here. Did not give one reason to complain.

I was driving through the state when I suddenly felt severe chest pain and had to drive in here to seek care. I visited the ER, where I got wonderful care. The doctor and the nurses were amazing and ran all the necessary tests which showed it was not a heart attack. I was advised to take it easy for some days and not overexert myself. Wonderful ER visit.
