I was here for a family gathering. Unfortunately, I fell ill, and I had to seek the services of the ER. The care that I got was fantastic. The staff rocks!!! The level of professionalism and attentiveness to the patient’s needs was something that surprised me. They provided outstanding care. I do not think that I would get such an enjoyable experience anywhere else, not even in my home state of Florida.

I think every single doctor and nurse in the country should come here for a crash course in training and professionalism. Even if 50% of the hospitals follow what these guys do, then healthcare in our country would be back to its previous glory.

I will recommend this hospital to all those who seek professional care for their medical issues

I was at this hospital a few days back to visit a friend who was admitted here. I was taken aback by the excellent care that these people provided to my friend. She was beaming and back to her chirpy nature, which clearly shows that she is very happy with the care.

The doctors and nurses were professional and sought her permission to inform me how she was doing. I have not seen anybody taking such excellent care of their patients in a long, long time. I work in healthcare, so I know what I am talking about. My friend is lucky that she got such excellent care

I do not know WTF is happening in this bulls*&t ER. I came here after having an unrelenting stomachache. I knew it was not kidney stones as I previously had those and knew the symptoms. This was something different.

I came in at 4:00 pm, and the doctor saw me only at 8:00 pm. She was in a rush and wanted to get the evaluation done quickly. She kept on interrupting me when I was saying what symptoms were. I might have been in the evaluation room for more than 15 minutes, but I could never complete what I was saying.

The doctor wrote some pain meds and gave a referral to a specialist. She did not even order a test or scan or anything that would have helped in determining the cause of my discomfort.

So, long story short, I waited for nearly four hours in an ER only to be seen by a b*&*h who prescribed some pain meds and referral to a specialist. Complete waste of my precious time and money…won’t be back here
