It is always a good experience seeking care here…not the best and not excellent, but a good experience. I stay nearby, and I always come here for all my medical issues. My PCP and other specialists are also in this place. I have been treated well here, but never felt that it is the best in class. A good hospital that could do better

This review is a bit dated. I was here nearly eight months back and was completely lost. However, my visit went off very well due to the wonderful volunteers who were at the information desk.

They are accommodating and do not hesitate to guide the patients/visitors with regards to the hospital operation. All your where, why, and when are answered by them. They also tell the visitors when their loved one is being moved for one place to another. I tried to glean some information about my wife from the computer monitor but got very minimal information. The volunteer, OTOH, gave me all the details within a few minutes.

These lovely volunteers also keep an eye on people who want some additional information from the doctor, especially surgeons, and make sure that you are called upon to meet the doctors and surgeons — a much-appreciated courtesy. I have not had a chance to revisit the hospital but know for sure that my visit will be hassle-free because of these wonderful volunteers. Three cheers to them.

My father got excellent care here. He was taken in after complaints of chest tightness and profuse sweating. He was diagnosed as having a heart attack, and further tests revealed that he had a five-vessel blockage. Surgery was scheduled, and it went off successfully. He was in the hospital for nearly two weeks, and we never faced any issues on any front. The doctors and nurses were wonderful. The support services provided excellent care. Appreciate the efforts put in by the wonderful team

My wife had the misfortune of experiencing an extremely awful treatment while she visited the ER two weeks back. She was confronted with a very discriminatory and racist nurse. The nurse did not like it when my wife asked a few questions. He also did not stop at that. He passed a few snide remarks against her.

As if these were not enough, his competence level was zero. Did not know how to give an injection or set up an IV. God knows how this piece of shit even became a nurse. Very unpleasant experience. We would not be back!!!!

Guys, pick up the phone and answer the call or else do not provide the numbers.

I wanted to schedule an appointment with a specialist, and I called the numbers given. I called three days and left voice messages — no one called back. On the fourth day, I called again and was put on hold for nearly 45 minutes. I decided to drive down and get the appointment fixed. I drove down to the hospital, a two-hour drive, fixed the appointment and then drove back. I would not have chosen this hospital had it not been for the specialist opinion!!!!
