This hospital sucks!!! These guys could not diagnose my mother’s cancer. They kept on insisting that she did not have cancer. After their BS treatment was not bearing fruit, we shifted her care to another hospital where a detailed investigation was done, which revealed that my mother had intestinal cancer, and it was becoming very aggressive. My mother would have been dead by now if she was under the care of these incompetent doctors. Stay Away!!!

Absolutely shitty ER service. I came at 8:00 AM and saw many patients who came after me being taken in. When a man with a sneezing cold was sent before me, I asked how much would it take for the doctor to see, I got the answer – maybe 1 to 2 hours. My wife had enough and then drove me to a nearby hospital, which took excellent care of me.

BTW... I had visited the hospital for severe breathing problems. It is high time Butler Memorial Hospital teaches its staff what an emergency is and what is not. This place is BS.

Had to rush here with my kid a few nights back. Everybody whom I interacted during these hours was very friendly. The front desk was helpful, so was the triage nurse and the ER doctor. A quick evaluation followed by a scan and then a detailed explanation of what happened ensued. Never expected such care at this time. Very pleased with the service

Went to this hospital for an appointment with an endocrinologist for concerns about diabetes. While the tests confirmed that I do have this silent killer, the doctor was not all gloom and doom. He told me how to get it under control without affecting the overall health. He even provided a tasty diet and told me it was not a big deal, and one can survive for long with this disease. Very happy with the way the doctor and his staff treated me. Thank you

My husband had his right knee scoped at Butler Memorial by Dr. Richmond. This doctor was exceptional and a highly competent doctor. The doctor is very professional, personable, and caring. Would seek his services to get Bob’s other knee scoped.

Had the pleasure of getting treated by Dr. Gardner. He is a very caring and compassionate man. An excellent physician, he does not have any airs about him. He gave my wife a patient hearing and then proceeded with his evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Would not hesitate to see him again if the need arises.
