BSA Health System, hats off to you for employing such a wonderful staff. You have a very informative, friendly and helpful staff, who are ready to work hard to make their patients stay as comfortable as possible and help them get well quickly. The most important aspect is that they are ready to listen to you and understand your problem. They answered all of my questions without any hesitation. I want to revisit the hospital again for all my healthcare needs.

BSA is unprofessional, has no shame and has no right to remain in this business. My uncle was admitted to this hospital ICU. While he was in the ICU, his caretakers misplaced his dentures, of all the things. It was not something which we had expected would happen. We did not realize it until he was given all clear for discharge and we were packing our stuff. We frantically searched for it but could not find it. The worst part is that the nursing staff did not even help us in searching for the dentures. We also met the hospital administration, but they were least bothered with our situation. They did not even say that we would replace the dentures, nothing.

This rude behavior has upset us and shows that all this hospital cares for is money and nothing else. I am sure this is not the first time and surely won’t be the last time. Avoid this hospital if you want to avoid getting things stolen.

This hospital is super quick and does not waste time. I walked in with a high temperature. The nurse comes in and fills out all the necessary paperwork, and before I could catch my breath back, I am transferred to a room where the doctor comes and see me. They make me comfortable and start the treatment. I was given antibiotics and advised overnight stay. Thanks to them, my temperature settled down, and I was discharged the next day. The staff was super friendly and very professional. Thank you, BSA for employing such a wonderful team to take care of your patients!

My mother found out that she had heart problems back in June 2016. We have been visiting this hospital since then. They have the best staff, doctors, and nurses that one could ask for. Excellent patient care. Even though we do not plan on coming back again any time soon, but I do know that if I have any healthcare issues, then this is the place that I would like to come.

BSA staff lacks teamwork. I was wheeled into the emergency room after having a deep gash due to a kitchen accident. The nurses had absolutely no teamwork. They were yelling at each other on who is going to dress my wound quite oblivious of the fact that I was losing a lot of blood and was on the verge of blacking out. By God’s grace, a doctor reached my bed and brought things under control. She ensured that I was stitched up and also received a bottle of blood. Honestly, I felt I was in a bar and not in a hospital setting.

I am least bothered about the negative reviews that are circulating on the internet regarding this hospital. All I know is that this hospital has treated my brother very well. He had suffered a massive heart attack and received prompt treatment. They ensured that he was stabilized and then shifted to the ICU and later on to the floor. We could not have asked for any better care. The team went out of their way to make sure my brother was made as comfortable as possible and received the best possible care. He is now back home and recuperating very well.
