When my fiancée got pregnant, both of us decided that we would be delivering our child in only that hospital which would provide the best possible care for her and the unborn child. While Jeannie was not convinced about any hospital, I was sure it would be Brattleboro Memorial Hospital. I convinced Jeannie about delivering at Brattleboro by one single statement – “my sister and I were born here, and we turned out okay. Need any other proof?” The staff also ensured that they provided the best care for Jeannie and we delivered our beautiful prince in January of this year. Thank you, Brattleboro Memorial Hospital

Had a very harrowing experience when I visited the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital Emergency Room. I was puking and also suffering from dizziness. There were only three people in front of me and one person inside, but I stayed there for nearly seven hours. There was absolutely no movement of the patients. Even the nurse had no answers as to why the patients were not being seen. I finally was seen in after nearly seven hours and all I got was some antiemetic medicines. No diagnosis, nothing. Would have been served better if I had gone to another hospital

Reaching 50’s brings with it the dreaded colonoscopy. I hate any procedures that involve putting a tube inside my body, either through the mouth or through my ass…but then with age, one has to concede something. After a not-so-subtle prod from my PCP, I set up an appointment at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for a colonoscopy. The entire experience was wonderful. I was taken good care of, and the medical team took great pains to make me understand what the procedure entailed and what the benefits are. Only when I was fully satisfied, did they proceed. The procedure was a smooth affair. Great treatment from walk-in to discharge.
