I was here last month after I developed a sudden allergic reaction to pineapples. I don’t know what went wrong because this was not the first time I had pineapples but the way my body reacted was definitely the very first time for me.

I had a severe allergic reaction and initially it was my tongue that was swollen but then my face started to swell too and I noticed it had become difficult for me to breathe. That’s when I requested a friend of mine to take me to this place for a quick check up. My friend was completely against the idea of me coming here but I insisted because it was the closest one to where we were at that point of time.

But within 45 minutes of my arrival at this hospital, I realized what a blunder I had committed because of the way the entire staff treated me. They could see right in front of their eyes, the way I felt and what exactly my condition was but they wanted me to complete all the formalities and wait in one corner.

And when things started getting painful for me, I had to apologize to my friend for not heeding to his advice and being stubborn about coming here and request him to take me elsewhere.

A big blunder! I request others not to make it!

My mom was admitted here for 2 days and then I had to get her discharged from this hospital for I feared for her life. There are just 2 nurses who are really good, the rest behave so rude and act as if they are uneducated.

I honestly don’t know what their problem in life is but they certainly do not know how to behave with their patients. They are lazy and greedy and horrible!!! I don’t know how the management can approve of such people working for them.

I had a good experience here and since I live close by, I would say it is a great help to have such a good hospital near by and I appreciate the help they managed to extend to me even in the busiest hour.

They have some considerate staff working there and they know how to cater to their patient’s requirements.

I had taken my son here because he sustained a few minor injuries while playing soccer. My lil guy was in pain but it was nothing major, so we did not mind waiting.

But things went out of hand when his pain increased all of a sudden and nobody was of any help even though we were sitting right in the middle of a hospital. Nurses passed by, saw him in pain, gave him a glance and then walked away as if they had seen nothing and they didn’t know what to do.

To be honest, I have never seen such indifferent people in my life. The moment I realized it, I took my son and walked out of this place.
I vow never to return here or recommend this filthy hospital to anyone.

I wonder why this facility is still open and how come it calls itself a hospital. It doesn’t qualify itself to be called one. Hospitals are supposed to be the neatest and cleanest place on the planet and the good ones are so damn well maintained that you start feeling better as soon as you enter one.

But I don’t think I can say the same thing about this place. I had a terrible experience here and came across some of the rudest people on this planet.
I would never set foot here again.

I came here to get a few tests done and be diagnosed but all the doctor did was wrongly diagnose me with something else. And the worst part is, he didn’t even have tests conducted to back up his diagnosis. The doc never kept his word and went about with things as he pleased and finally I was left with nothing.

Even if this is the last hospital in this world, I wouldn’t come back here unless there is a complete change of staff; the docs and the nurses.

I don’t think I have ever been to an ER where they treated my family members with such nicety and promptness. I have made two different visits to this hospital on different occasions and they have lived up to my expectations.

They have not let me down so even I wouldn’t let them down while writing a review for them. You are all wonderful people, the world needs more people like you, please always stay the same and keep up the good work.

I don’t understand why on earth is a hospital’s name brandywine???? But I seriously wouldn’t have touched on the name aspect has they been at least good with their services.

They were intruding and I found them to be arrogant and ignorant at the same time. I have my own doubts if they are all actually nurses. Even if this place is close by to where you are put up, please don’t waste fuel to come here.

I would rather advise you to take time out and go elsewhere for better medical attention and facilities.
