Go to Boulder City Hospital only if you are on your deathbed or in a position that you cannot go any further. This hospital should be your last resort. Hospitals in Vegas or Henderson would be much better. The reason – They overcharge for everything. Add to it absolutely pathetic service.

I had stomach flu and had diarrhea for a few days, which left me very dehydrated. I came here for help. The ER doctor advises IV. The nurse comes, and one could see it on her face that she had absolutely no clue on what had to be done. She poked my hand several times to set up an IV. Finally, she had to order reinforcement and the nurse who came to help set the IV up in a matter of seconds. Spent a few hours for the IV. Things done, I go to the billing department and get a shock of my life. This hospital charged me $9500 for a bag of liquid and doctor fees. They are not even ready to reduce the bill…won’t be back ever.

So, went to the Boulder City Hospital ER twice in the past week for different reasons and both times, I had a great experience. The staff was excellent and very understanding. They are very professional and highly knowledgeable. The doctors were also great. They had excellent bedside manners and did not rush me at all. The best thing about the visit was the negligible wait time. In and out of the hospital within an hour both the times. I highly recommend it.

I had visited this hospital a few years back and had received one of the worst services that anybody could ever get. Both the nurse and the doctor were rude and pathetic. Fast forward to July 06, 2019. Had an accident and received injuries. Was rushed to Boulder City Hospital. I got a pleasant shock when I went there…I had a completely different experience during this visit. Everybody whom I interacted this time was very helpful. The nurses and the doctors, the techs, the service staff. Everyone played their part extremely well in ensuring that I had a good hospital experience this time, and my stay was comfortable…Very impressed
