We came here last year to get my aunt’s right knee fixed. We had an excellent experience. Everything went off smoothly. The operation was a success. The hospital was spotless, and so was the bathrooms. The cafeteria was good.

Fast forward to June 05, 2019, back again to get the left knee fixed. Nothing has changed. Everything remains awesome. The surgical waiting room looks spotless and is very quiet. The staff is, as always, friendly and very professional. Bathrooms are clean. The surgical team kept us updated regularly. Highly recommended

I had to visit the Emergency Room due to severe stomachache. It was the worst ER experience I have ever had. The wait time was outrageous. After two hours, lost patience and went to check with the front desk. The lady rolls her eyes and starts delivering a sermon on how the ER department works…she told people who came before me would be seen first…I cut her off and said it was blatant lie…three people who came after me went in first.

She did not accept it. I had enough of it and went and sat there. Finally, the nurse comes and says there are four people in front of me…which again was a lie because there was only one person who came before me. The other three were people who came after me. When I went to complain about, I was told to either wait or get discharged without seeing the doctor.

I took her advice and left without informing anybody. St. Mary’s should hire more people, people with knowledge and better manners!!!!!

I am writing this review for the fantastic experience my mother and I had at the Lymphedema Clinic.

Everything went off very smoothly. I called up to book an appointment, and the person who answered the phone was friendly and gave us two to three options when she heard that my mother was a bit serious. We came at the scheduled date and time. Unfortunately, things were moving a bit slow. The front desk informed us straightaway that the things were bit slow, and we might have to wait. The wait was worth it. My mother was under the care of two wonderful therapists, Robin and Beth. Wonderful people, they were very friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable, and helpful.

Would return if any need arises

BEST ER VISIT. The nurse was an exceptional lady who knows how to handle a very nervous patient. I had a very painful abscess, and the doctor decided to get it removed. I was worried about it leaving a mark on my body and wanted to opt for some medicine to address it.

The nurse sat down and talked with me while the doctor started addressing the abscess. She made me as comfortable as possible and ensured that the whole process went off smoothly. Wanted to thank the wonderful nurse and exceptional doctor who did not make me feel the pain while draining out the abscess. You guys rock!!!!
