Underwent endoscopic sinus surgery at Bethesda’s Outpatient Surgical Center. Everybody was fantastic; the front desk, pre-op, surgery, and post-op. They were all great. Comforting, very friendly, and professional. The care at this ER was top notch. The only complaint – place looks a bit dated

We just had our first baby here and the entire, well almost entire staff was great. We had some issues with a particular nurse, not because of the quality of care but communication issue. We discussed with the charge nurse, who understood our problem and immediately gave a replacement. I did not have a 7-star resort experience, but the fact that they were attentive to my need endeared them to me. Do not worry about the ratings…that is mostly for ER and other departments. L&D is the best. You can definitely have your child here. They also give you classes in case you are a first-time parent. All in all, an excellent hospital with amazing staff

Kind, friendly, courteous are some of the adjectives that I can think of when it comes to Bethesda Hospital. I had a good hospital experience here. They took great care of my wife. Everybody, I mean everybody had excellent bedside manners. Could not have been at a better place for my wife’s treatment. Thank you

Cannot think of sending even my dead dog there. The place is a shithole and needs to be shuttered immediately. The ER nurses were very rude and condescending. The doctor had a temper and was literally barking at me. They were not ready to listen to me. If you have lots of time to while away and have lots of money, then visit this hospital. If you want quality care, then go to a real hospital.

One instance of their negligence: A bonehead ER doctor comes and tells me that I would be getting blood transfusion since my hemoglobin is dangerously low. I ask a nurse to check again, and it is 14.3…I might have died had the bonehead gone ahead and gave me a transfusion. The list is endless… The bottom line is that do not trust your life in the hands of these people.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!
