Berger Hospital ER IS Nothing But A JOKE! They are least bothered about patient care. For them what is important is their time for lazing off. I cut my finger while using a hacksaw blade. It was a pretty bad cut. I was seen pretty quickly as the ER was deserted. The NP comes, cleans the wound and apply a bandage and then walks off. No stitches, nothing. The blood was still oozing from the wound. This was near my house, but thanks to these people, ended up driving a few miles to get much better care and yeah stitches. If you plan to seek care at this hospital, beware, you are risking your life!

Dirty and unsanitary! Ridiculous wait times. Things go even slower when it nears the evening time. Night time and weekends, the less said, the better. The staff is completely unprofessional. I think the hospital has not been cleaned for nearly centuries. There are blood-stained walls, the dustbin overflowing with bloodied bandages, etc. The doctors and the nurses are very rude and not bothered about treating the patients. We do have some good people, but unfortunately, they are in the minority.

The best hospital that Tri-state can offer. I have been to numerous hospitals in the country and have never come across such a wonderful hospital. They have a very caring staff. The doctors are very good and willing to listen to you. Yes, there are a few rotten apples in the hospital, but then they are few and far between. I would recommend this hospital to all those who seek care from truly professional healthcare providers

Berger Hospital has always taken good care of my family members and me. We have been visiting this hospital for the past many years, and we have never faced any major issues from their end. This has been our go-to hospital. People tend to diss this hospital after seeing only one aspect of the hospital. If you really want to know how the hospital functions then you need to come at different times and see how the staff goes on with their duty. For us, the best department is the surgery department, for obvious reasons.

Great customer service. I was passing through when I started developing an acute asthma attack. I drove into the hospital and was quickly taken in. The nurses and doctors went out of their way to ensure that my asthma was brought under control. After spending three hours in this wonderful hospital, I was on my way. Everyone whom I interacted with was helpful and very friendly. They took excellent care of me
