Left to me, I would not even step into this hospital. However, I had to visit this hospital as my father walked into this hospital and was admitted through the ER for surgery. The ER was okay, and he was taken in after a reasonable time. The ER doctor was informative and told us what the problem was and how it would be tackled. A lovely lady with excellent bedside manners. However, the same cannot be said about the nurses. The ER nursing staff and the surgical nurses were okay, but there was one lady who was very rude and obnoxious who did not even respect my father’s age. She used to get annoyed when we asked for an update about the patient. She also had the gumption to say, “He would come back if he is alive.” Certainly not worthy of being called a nurse. This single lady destroyed the good experience we had at the hospital. Rest assured, we have cut this hospital from the list of our go-to hospitals in case of any medical need.

I underwent a collarbone surgery. I had heard a lot of negative stuff about this hospital, but since this was the nearest to my house, I opted for it. I am glad that I selected it. I was pleasantly surprised with the way I was treated at this hospital. The pre-op, surgical and post-op teams were great. They answered all my questions. Contrary to what others say, this hospital is filled with caring, professional and accommodating staff. There can be one or two rotten apples, but then which hospital does not have its share of rotten apples.

I learned a good lesson – never judge a book by its cover. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Took my wife to Beloit ER after the Convenient Care threw up its hands. The wait time was pretty negligible. She was taken in and triaged within a matter of minutes. The ER doctor came to see her within 15 to 20 minutes. She checked her and then ordered a few tests. Once the results came back, she started appropriate treatment. Every medical personnel whom we interacted with was very caring, professional and seemed to care for the well being of my wife genuinely. I would definitely seek care here
