Being new to this place, I was unsure about a good hospital when I ended up getting a horrible throat ache and body ache. I was suggested to visit Beebe Medical ER, and I am glad that I did. I was seen in quickly, and the doctor ran in a few tests and diagnosed me with strep. But the doctor was still not convinced and asked me if I was having any itchy ear or felt any pain in the ear. I said yes, but it was a very dull pain. The doctor checked me and found that I had swimmer’s ear infection. Now I do not think any other doctor would have done such a thing. Thanks to the wonderful care, I was relieved of my illness pretty soon. I made it a point to see the nurse and doctor and thank them personally. I am proud that I have such a wonderful hospital in our community.

An exceptional team of 1st responders came and did all necessary treatment in a very professional manner, and then transferred me to Beebe Health Center ER. The nurses took me in very quickly and made me comfortable and at ease. The ER doctor took her time to explain everything in simple English & her demeanor put me at ease. The lab techs were also very great. In short, every single individual associated with Beebe were excellent. Thank you

I have been making frequent visit to the ER for myself as well as for friends and family members. I could hardly remember a time when we were maltreated. All of us have been treated with compassion, kindness, and professionalism. One should understand the fact that in the ER peak traffic would result in the doctors prioritizing patients. It is true at this place and also at other places. Yes, there can be a few slips, but in general, they have treated everyone equally. The bottom line is that the wonderful team at BEEBE Medical Center treats you as a human being and not a number or a money-making machine. Thanks, Beebe for everything

I have had a very bad experience at the BEEBE ER. I was seen in pretty quickly, but then had to wait for nearly a few hours before a medical professional came and saw me; it was not the doctor but an NP. I was having severe body aches and wanted something to tide over it. The NP goes ahead and writes a script for Motrin and advises me to take a hot shower, drink chicken soup and get a good rest. Hello, why do you think I came here…I have already done that and did not get any relief. The NP did not listen to me and made it amply clear that I was good to go. I ended up visiting another ER where a doctor saw me and take a powerful painkiller.
