The place is filled with young nasty employees who show attitudes the moment you ask them something. Their pace is slower than a snail’s pace and their take on things are definitely unprofessional.

I was here for the first time last week and I was treated like a piece of shit even though I was paying through my nose to get treated there. I was not there for charity but their crappy attitude can make anyone go mad and feel as if we are at their mercy.

I don’t know how this hospital still runs with such good for nothing, useless people working there. It should have been closed down long time ago.

When I came here, I realized that humanity has got lost long time back somewhere and all people, especially establishments like these only care about money, money and money.

The cheats here will insist you to get tested unnecessarily for this and that and charge you hefty for the same. The way they bill you, I feel even water which is the basic necessity of life, doesn’t come free here, at this place.

They can never answer my queries related to their unnecessary billing but they are never far behind to charge you or your insurance for the same.

I am not stepping into this place unless they start practicing clean billing processes.

I have my own doubts if the staff who work here are professionally trained or if they have been picked off the streets and made to wear uniforms. They are completely unprofessional and rude and every negative thing that can ever be. The doctor who was assigned to me was quite nice but he too didn’t seem to have any sense of responsibility because after the initial check up, he never followed up on my case and even when I requested the staff saying I would want to meet him, he never turned up.

My dad is in his 80s and has underwent two major surgeries at this place. The first time we brought him here, he suffered a stroke and the doctors had to perform a critical surgery that lasted hours together to save his life. But they never gave up on him citing his age or his medical condition or body’s weakness.

I am and will ever be grateful to them for making such efforts to save m dad’s life. Now my dad feels much better and is able to do a lot better than he did before the surgery.

I can’t thank them enough for their services…….

The place is good enough and is our go to place for everything although this is not the closest one to our home. I have been here to the ER, for a surgery, for appointments and scans and I love the way people greet me here and take care of me as if they have known me for ages. Who doesn’t like to be treated well right!!

I never had an issue with the doctors or the nursing/technical staff and they seem to be quite diligent in my opinion. They know what their priorities are and go about their work in a professional manner.

But what I don’t like about them at all is their long waiting hours in the ER and there is a particular nurse who loves giving cold stares to everyone who visits. I have seen her doing that. And the second thing, I in fact hate about the place is their cafeteria. I think it needs better maintenance and the quality of food needs to improve a loooooooootttttttttttttttt! But since I don’t go to hospitals to eat, I can yet manage with it.

Honestly, I must say I agree with all those who have not spoken well about the hospital. All those things mentioned are actually true and I would definitely agree with all those reviews. The place has nothing positive to be spoken about.

And as an add on let me tell you, if you have an elderly person at home, never ever think of taking him/her to this place. If you want to give up on them and watch them die, then this is the best place to take them but if you actually care for them, then it is better to take them elsewhere.

They do nothing to take care of the elderly. In fact, I have heard them conversing to each other on what a big waste taking care of the elderly is and why they would never do it other than pretending to do it.

The very instant I heard that, I discharged my grandmother who was admitted there and took her elsewhere. At least she is happy and cared for now.
