I cannot believe that in this day and age, we still have got hospitals like this. To say that Beaumont Taylor sucks would be an understatement. I had a flare-up of my COPD, but the care which I got was awful. More than being concerned, they treated me like I was a nuisance.

This attitude was all-pervasive. The front desk was very rude and shouted me down…her luck that I was having breathing issues, or else she would have got it back. The in-take nurses as well the ER doctor and other nurses were also very rude.

I was shivering in the ER and requested a blanket, but the nurses completely ignored me. These people did not even allow me to finish my IV in privacy. The doctor had no clue on how to treat a COPD patient. No breathing treatments, no tests, and no measures to stabilize me…the only thing he ordered was some meds and IV…

I was never treated like this anytime. I will not step back in again

I had a good hospital experience while I was here. I was admitted here for aggressive pneumonia. I was here for two days, and the care and affection which I got while I was here was exceptional. The doctors, both in the ER and on the floor, were great. They were very friendly yet highly competent. The nurses were also a perfect foil for these wonderful doctors.

Thank you, folks, for treating me well and making my visit comfortable. Appreciate it

This is my 2nd visit to this hospital. The 1st time was in 2016. The quality of care, both then and now has been the same – exceptional. The staff is wonderful. They genuinely care about your wellbeing. The excellent attitude is the same everywhere. The doctors, nurses, as well as the front desk, all are very friendly, very competent, and know their job well. Thank you, Beaumont Taylor, for treating me well. I appreciate it
