If you have to undergo surgery, then head to Beaumont Hospital at Gross Pointe. You can undergo your surgery here without any fear. The hospital is filled with some of the most professional and friendliest folks ever. I was shit scared when my doctor suggested this hospital for my surgery. But the lovely team ensured that all my doubts and concerns were cleared before the surgery and I was much relaxed before the surgery. The nurses and doctors made it a point to meet me frequently just to reassure me that everything was fine. My gratitude

It is one of the worst places to visit in case of an emergency. Aides and assistants and not nurses take the vitals. The doctors are rude and rush you through. I am very disappointed with the care I got here. I won’t even send my dead dog here. It would be like humiliating my dead dog.

I admit that I was not too sure about visiting this hospital because I had heard some horror stories. But my insurance had this hospital in their coverage, and hence I ended up coming here. My experience at this place was amazing. They made me forget that I was visiting the hospital. The staff was excellent across departments and floors. As long as I stay in Michigan, I would not be seeking care at any other hospital. I walked in through the door and did not have to wait for too long before being seen. The doctors did not rush me through. They made sure that I was fully fit before deciding to discharge me. I’m 100% satisfied with the exceptional care that I have got at Beaumont Hospital. Thank you, Beaumont for everything

I had always treated Beaumont and its staff members with respect. They had once saved my life, and I was grateful for that. However, all that changed when I last visited Beaumont at Gross Pointe. The staff was very rude to my dad and even shouted at other patients. He had been vomiting for the past five hours and wheezing. However, the staff felt that his illness was not a serious one while a sprained ankle was a more serious injury. I was gutted when after waiting for three hours, he inquired if we could go home. Not returning.

Excellent surgical staff. They were very helpful in relaxing my son before he underwent surgery. The surgeon was very friendly and spent some time with him before starting the surgery. The PACU nurses were also excellent and kept him in good humor. Delighted with the way my son was treated here.
