An amazing experience!! Thank you, Baystate Noble, for taking good care of my father. We loved everything about this place. The nurses were caring, professional, knew their way around. The doctors were friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. They took great care of my dad. What made me like them was the fact that they were ready to listen to him. They never rushed him. Everything was explained to us in great detail. The team answered all the questions we threw at them. And, the toasts were nice and thanks for the coffee, really needed that to beat the anxiety!

One can call our family regulars at Baystate Noble Hospital that is located at Westfield, MA. They have always treated us quickly, and fairly. Whenever we went there, we were always greeted with lovely smiles. The staff is highly professional and certainly know what they were doing. They are ready to go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure that the patients and their loved ones have a comfortable stay. All our emergencies have been attended to at this place, and the wait time is very reasonable. Baystate Noble Hospital is Wonderful!!! Keep up the good work

Took my son to the ER on 3/21/19 after a pretty bad fall. He needed a few stitches and some dressing. They also took a chest x-ray, which showed few broken ribs. However, my son was also complaining of pain in his hips, which they completely ignored. When we went back to get the stitches out, he told the doctor that he had severe pain in his hip. Got an MRI scan that revealed torn ligament. It needed surgery. We had to admit him to another hospital where he underwent successful surgery. The staff at the other hospital treated us with great care. They were nice and very thorough. Not thinking of returning to Baystate Noble any time soon. Very unprofessional. Due to their callous attitude, my son might have ended up with a permanent limp.

Visited Baystate Noble yesterday after a spiking fever. I was taken in and then taken back to the room within a matter of minutes. They were courteous and treated me well. Had an IV drip and was out within five hours. The fever has subsided today. Satisfied with the treatment that I got.
