This hospital should be shut down. The hospital is so dirty that it might take months just to get some sense of normalcy. The nurses are also very rude and do not have the manners or the knowledge to treat disabled patients. My nephew is deaf and dumb. This was informed to them during registration itself. However, rude nurses did not allow me to accompany him when the PA came.

Moreover, they started behaving rudely with him. I got pissed off when I saw it and gave it back to them. The PA who saw him was much better, and my nephew was given appropriate care.

The hospital’s cafeteria is underwhelming. Stale bread, cereal, and other cold breakfast offerings…not much option here. I would not even start about parking…simply put, it is a joke.

I would suggest everybody avoid this dump and seek treatment at a real hospital.

Husband went to the Bayonne Medical Center ER after complaining of severe pain. He was triaged quickly by a wonderful nurse. Josh was seen in the room after an hour or so. The PA who saw him, Christine, was exceptional and did a wonderful job. It turns out my husband has indigestion. OTC meds are prescribed, and my hubby is on his way. Definitely worth recommending

Bayonne Medical Center has a special place in our heart. This is our go-to hospital for everything. They have treated my family and my extended family at various times. The nurses and doctors make an effort to spend time with the patients to make them feel comfortable. The nurses and doctors are also very competent and have no hesitation in explaining various procedures that one undergoes or the situation that one finds themselves in. The food is good. Nothing gourmet, but still enjoyable. A plus point – all the procedures that my family and I have undergone here have been 100% successful.

A million thanks to the Bayonne ER for taking wonderful care of my father. The staff is compassionate, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The RN who treated him was excellent (I think it was RN Breanne if I am not wrong). The staff acted like angles and were there with my father when he was alone, reassuring him, and getting him food. They did not change their behavior when I was finally able to visit my dad. You guys rock!!! Ultimate respect
