My stepson was brought here last Thursday after a bike hit him while he was jogging. He was hit very badly and had bruises all over his hands and legs and had suspected fracture on his right leg. Some kind-hearted souls rushed him to Baylor Scott &White ER. The receptionist called us and told us about the accident. The staff took him in immediately and then back to evaluating room where his bruises and minor wounds were addressed. The doctor ordered a CT scan of the head as well as the foot. The CT scan of his head showed a small clot and scan of the leg showed a fracture. The doctor transferred him to the ICU, where the nurses and the specialists addressed his clot and the fracture. Stan ended up staying in this hospital for nearly five days. He never faced any issues while he was at the hospital. Very satisfied with his care. I would recommend this hospital for any emergencies.

Having an emergency, drive a little further and go to a real hospital rather than coming to this dump. This ER is a joke. I was here with my pregnant wife. They took her vitals twice, blood work twice and then made her take a sonogram but refused to share the results with us. We were seen by an RN first and then told to wait for the doctor. The doctor never came. My wife did not feel any fetal movement, and this was their response. We were there for six hours and finally left without seeing the doctor or the results. We were completely exhausted. What these idiots provide is not healthcare. It is shit….Staff up or close the shop.

Had to endure some wait time before seeing the doctor. But once I was able to meet him all the anger that I had due to the wait time had vanished. The doctor was a gentleman and had excellent bedside manners. He evaluated me, listened to my concerns, made a note of it, ordered a blood test, and explained the results of the test to me. I was thrilled with the way they treated me. Won’ hesitate to return if the need arises.

Great hospital!! Great Staff!!!

If you have any type of medical issues and want it to be addressed by a professional and knowledgeable staff, then head to Baylor Scott &White. They would treat you like a human being and give you respect that you deserve. The support staff is also great. The hospital is spotless. The surprising thing is the billing department. I have visited this hospital twice, and I did not face any issues with billing. Very happy with the service
