Very friendly, caring, and highly knowledgeable staff. They took care of every concern of mine. Thanks to them, I was able to battle my way out of a very stressful and scary situation. The staff was also very helpful when it came to payment issues. They sure have a knack of writing the best “pay your bill” letter. I was highly impressed by this letter. If I happen to revisit Alaska and get sick, then I sure know where to go. Yo Bartlett, yo!!!

Caring, courteous, friendly, kind, knowledgeable….Running out of superlatives for describing the staff at Bartlett Regional Hospital. I was visiting my relatives and was not feeling quite well after a long day of fun and frolicking. I got up and immediately felt everything spinning. I was brought to the ER of this wonderful hospital. The ER nurses quickly got down to the task. Registration was done within no time, and before long I was being evaluated by a wonderful lady. Some tests are ordered, and I am advised an overnight stay.

Test results come out negative for anything serious, and I am discharged the next day morning. The billing was also a breeze. Highly impressed with the care I got here. This hospital and its staff is worth recommending

My family was on an Alaskan cruise when my daughter fell sick and was not in a position to continue the cruise. We were asked to visit Bartlett Regional Hospital for medical care. It was a very good suggestion.

The doctors and nurses were amazing. They first made Jenz comfortable and then thoroughly evaluated her and came up with a diagnosis of severe stomach flu. A one-day stay ensued, and by the end of the next day, we were back at our hotel. The doctors and nurses were cordial and had excellent bedside manners. They also ensured that there were no hassles in billing.

All in all, an enjoyable experience. Thank you, everyone, for taking care of Jenz

My son was down with severe pneumonia. The treatment was started, numerous tests were performed, but these people did not inform us about the results. They ended up discharging him without any notice. He was still not well, but they released him. He had to be admitted to another hospital for better care.

The hospital staff should work on their communication skill with patients. I am not sure if it was due to us being non-natives. If it is the reason, then it is a deplorable state of affairs
