I am very thankful to this exceptional hospital and its incredible staff! I had to rush to the ER last month with my father who was having severe left-sided chest pain and sweating a lot. We took him to the ER. The registration was completed in a very quick time and the ER nurse took him in very quickly. He was taken back to the room within seconds, where a team of doctors was waiting for him.

The team ended up diagnosing him with a heart attack. During tests and scans, it was found that he had blocked arteries and surgery was advised. An overnight stay ensued, and surgery was done the next day morning.

Five-day stay later, he was walking out of the hospital a completely changed man. Thank you, Baptist Health, for taking excellent care of my father.

This is a visitor review. I was accompanying my girlfriend for surgery. The staff was on time and the pre-op, surgical, and recovery phase was handled very well. I visited the “Recovery Path.” It was wonderful. Took some photos for my girlfriend. You won’t get bored while waiting for loved ones, as there are a lot of magazines that one can browse through while sipping the free coffee. Highly impressive

A good place!!!!

I had a very bad experience while I was at this ER. The nurse and doctor were fine. I had issues with the lab tech. She was way too b*%$hy for me. She did not have any hesitation in talking about and sharing confidential patient information with her colleagues. Due to her chitchatting, what was supposed to be a quick visit to lab turned out to be a nightmare.

She clearly has not heard about HIPAA. It will do Baptist Health a world of good if they kick out staff like this from the hospital. They are a disgrace to the entire nursing community!!!

I had a good ER experience here. The registration was completed in a few minutes. The ER nurse took me in within 10 minutes, and after a reasonable wait time, I was taken back to the room. The doctor was a nice lady who had excellent bedside manners. She heard me, ordered appropriate tests, explained the results and then included my opinion while creating a treatment plan.

Very impressed
