Strictly a visitor’s review. I was at this place a few days back, visiting my friend who was hospitalized here. I was highly impressed with how the hospital has been maintained. The waiting rooms were spotless. The staff was wonderful and did not hesitate to greet me with a beautiful smile. They even asked for my friend’s permission to update me about her status.

Very happy that my friend was seeking care at this excellent hospital

Had a horrible experience here. I had come here seeking opinion for a particular medical condition. The doctor and the nurse whom I sought care from were very inhumane. They were giggling, and their giggling did not stop even when I was being told that my result was positive. Instead of saying that we will cure it or it can be addressed, the nurse and doctor just told me it was a common thing, and you can fight it out. After that, they were back to their chitchat. Hello, how about some empathy?

Felt very humiliated and decided to take my care elsewhere

Very satisfying visit. I was down with a spiking fever and severe cough. I visited the ER this past Monday for the fever. I was taken in very quickly after superfast registration. The doctor was a wonderful lady who had excellent bedside manners. She heard me out, thoroughly evaluated me, ran some tests and by the end of the second hour, had started treatment for double aggressive pneumonia. I am highly impressed
