Even a third-world country would offer much better care than Banner. Their care is substandard, and the billing is atrocious. The billing department got most of my details completely wrong. I had to fight with them to get things in order.

I decided to pay the bill online and got the rudest shock of my life. These idiots did not allow me to pay online. They did not even give a number to call and check about online payment. After a detailed search on Google, I could get a number. I call. Nobody picks up the phone. I am directed to leave a message for a callback. When I pressed that option, guess what…the mailbox is full…did not surprise me. I ended up visiting the hospital and making the payment. I won’t be back.

I cannot understand the problem with these guys. When you visit them in person, they are all sweet and fall over each other to serve you. The moment you are out of their sight, the whole attitude changes. Then they do not even recognize you. Do not expect to receive any help from these idiots.

I had to visit the ER and got excellent care. I was discharged home, and three hours after the visit, I call them to get clarification, and these guys act as if I never visited them. They could not find my records…just three hours after the visit…

Get your act together folks, lest it is too late.

I have heard numerous negative reviews, but surprisingly, I have never faced any of it. I always received excellent care, and whenever I called up, I was able to get through and get my concerns addressed. Not sure why, but I have never faced any problem with them. The nurses and doctors are excellent and know what they are doing. Very thankful and satisfied with the superb care I have always received here.

This place has my allergy specialist and nurses, and I would not trade anything in the world for them. They are the best. The shots which they give to help me get over my allergy problems are out of this world. Completely satisfied with the excellent care I have always received here

My daughter-in-law gave birth to my grandchild here a few months back. The care she received at the L&D was amazing and blew us away. The nurses and doctors were wonderful people and went out of their way to ensure that Sue was comfortable during her stay, and so was the baby. They also ensured that Jeff was also taken very good care off. Very happy with the care that Banner offered to my son, daughter-in-law, and their child.
