These people do not have any shame in lying and cheating an unsuspecting patient.

I was here for a routine check-up a few months back. The doctor kept on insisting that I should get a vaccine even though I was above the age limit. She also offered to get her nurse to check up with my insurance if it is covered. The nurse comes back after an hour and says the insurance has approved it. Happily, I agree to go ahead with the shot.

The real surprise came last month. I get a bill of $250 for the vaccine. I was surprised since I thought the insurance had covered it. Turns out, the nurse never called the insurance. I tried calling up the billing department as well as the doctor, but they were not ready to help, and the billing department threatened that they would turn me over to the collections if immediate payment were not made.

I made the payment as well as decided that I would not do any business with these cheaters. I told about it to my family as well as friends and colleagues, and all of them have decided to either shift their care or be very careful when dealing with these cheaters!!!!

I had a quick ER visit. I had to come here a few nights back at around 2:00 AM after my daughter was burning with fever. The ER nurse took her in very quickly, and before long, Susie was being taken back to the room, and the doctor was beside her within minutes. An IV was started, and some tests were ordered. She was asked to stay overnight and by the next morning, her fever had subsided and was discharged that evening. Very happy with the way Susie was treated
