My experience is limited to the maternity ward of this hospital because I delivered both my children here. After my first delivery 5 years back, I was so sure that I would only come here for my second one as well. so, both my children were born here.

Both the times, I got excellent care and my babies were looked after really well. The nurses are so good that they took care of my infants as if they were their own. The stay was good and every minute requirement of mine was taken care of.

I really appreciate their genuine care and concern for their patients.

The doctors were good and majority of the nurses were nice but there were a few who were complete bitches. And they ruined the good experience for me.

I would try to get in touch with them and they wouldn’t respond for like more than an hour and once they take their own sweet time, they come to you and behave as if you have disturbed them and spoilt their schedule.

I certainly cannot accept such dereliction of duty.

Banner Thunderbird’s ER is the worst ER I have ever been to in my life. They think every other patient who walks into their ER is a drug addict. And they start treating you exactly how they would treat an addict.

I was there because of a genuine reason and no that was not addiction and they did not believe that I was completely in my senses. I have heard of them doing this to others as well. I didn’t believe it to be true then but now, after my own experience, I know exactly what they meant.

Please stay away from this horrible ER!

My daughter needs help and she is presently in the behavioral unit. I know she needs help but I certainly don’t believe that she needs it this way, in an erratic manner. There is no consistency there and my daughter complained that she was being seen by 3-4 different doctors every time and it felt more like a torture than help.

Even when I interacted with them, I found what my daughter said to be true. Each one of them has a different story to tell and they are in no mood to listen to what you want to convey to them.

I don’t understand what is going on in there and now I am trying desperately to take my daughter out of that place. I am sincerely saying this – please don’t take your loved ones here, especially not in the behavioral unit.

My husband underwent a bypass surgery in this hospital and I was scared to death while the procedure was going on. There was a nurse who understood what I was going through and she left all her other work and stayed with me till the procedure was over and this even after her shit timings were complete. She is one very sweet human being. I appreciate her attitude. I have hardly seen people like her.

The doctors are efficient and the operation was successful. I heaved a sigh of relief when they came out and broke the news to me. My husband had to be admitted there and each and every staff took substantial care of him. I am extremely happy with their services.
The cardiac care is too good and I would recommend it every single time. The wait at the ER is a little too long but the staff is again too good. So, its worth the wait.
