The staff at Banner Goldfield Medical Center is AMAZING. They are kind, courteous, friendly, very helpful, and ready to go way beyond the call of the duty to make sure the patients are comfortable during the stay and recovering well. I can quote many examples, but the best would be how they attended to my father during the last visit.

My father was rushed here after he was involved in an automobile accident. His injuries were severe and he was drifting in and out of consciousness. The nursing team and doctors not only started his care, but they even got in touch with us. We were traveling and were not in a position to reach quickly.

They kept us updated on an hourly basis and kept on doing that until I was able to come down and be beside him. While waiting beside him, a doctor came down and spoke with me. He said, “We would not have allowed him to go without paying us…” Though it was a joke, it assured me that he was getting the best possible care.

Thank you, everyone, for taking exceptional care of my dad

Absolutely excellent! My husband had to be brought here on a Monday afternoon for a suspected ankle fracture. He was seen immediately. The x-rays were done; luckily, there were no breaks. It was just a major sprain. The appropriate dressing was done, and we were released within three hours. Great service!!! The doctor and nurses were friendly and very professional. We would recommend this excellent hospital to anyone

My past experiences here were average at best. However, the last visit was awful. I had gone there with a shoulder and arm pain. The ER doctor did not do any tests or scans and just gave me pain meds, but when I got the report. I was shocked. The report said that I had a muscle tear, and I would need surgery to rectify it.

There were no imaging done to even know about the tear….it was clear that the doctor had falsified the report. It took tremendous efforts to get the report amended.

I have decided to stay away from this hospital forever

Banner Goldfield Medical Center staff is the best. They are very professional and caring. The efforts put in by them were out of this world. There was a medical emergency in the family, and we had to rush our loved one to the hospital. The ER team took over the care immediately.

Even before we could bat an eyelid, my nephew was surrounded by doctors, nurses, and specialists. Once into the ER room, they came and explained his situation and what was being done to treat him. Before leaving, the doctor just looked straight in my sister’s face and very calmly said, “He ain’t going anywhere.”

It was much appreciated. Everyone whom we interacted during our visit here was caring and calm. Most importantly, they knew what they were doing and helped us tide over the stressful time.

The ER wait time at this hospital sucks!!!!

I came here at 8:00 AM, dropped off my heavily pregnant wife and went off hoping that by the time I am back, she would have been seen. I got stuck at work, and I was back after three hours. To my surprise, not even a single nurse had come and seen here, forget about getting vitals checked. Can’t the nurses see a heavily pregnant lady waiting for a few hours?

Talk about a bullshit emergency room.

We left without being seen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE….
