Incredulous!!!

That is the feeling I get whenever I think about Banner Estrella. This is my story. I had to visit this hospital after a vase fell on my leg and I felt immediate pain, and there was a deep gash on the feet. I went into the ER, was seen in and a nurse actually treated me. Nothing against her, but shouldn’t the doctor need to see you in the ER. That is why they are there in the first place. Anyways, I was asked to get an x-ray of my foot, which I got. About 30 minutes later, I was asked to get another x-ray because the previous one was unreadable since the bandage was on the foot while the x-ray was being taken.

A month later I get a bill from Banner for nearly $1,500 which contains charges for two x-rays. Well, why should I pay for the fault of your technician? He should have known that one has to remove the bandage before taking x-rays if one wants to get a proper reading. I called the customer care, but they simply refused to do anything about it. Banner does not mind about the patient’s suffering. For them, it is profit first and then people.

My pops had to be brought to this hospital via ambulance after he complained of severe chest pain. The staff was caring, helpful and friendly. Everything moved like a well-oiled machine. He was seen in quickly. The doctor came and checked him and started appropriate treatment immediately. Thanks to them, we were able to reach home much before we expected to return. Coming to the hospital facilities, the place offers a lot of seating options, and has enough clean restrooms. They also have some vending machines in the waiting room.

I have to say, we had an absolutely incredible hospital experience, but no offense hopefully I won’t be back here anytime soon!

My father came in for his annual colonoscopy. Everything went off smoothly, right from the check-in to discharge. The staff was professional and cross-checked his name and address twice. The anesthesiologist was also great and once the procedure was completed, called me up to pick him up. I would recommend Banner Estrella Hospital to anyone who needs quality medical care!
