I am very satisfied with the manner in which these beautiful angles treated me on a Sunday afternoon. Every single individual whom I interacted with was very friendly and professional. Everything worked in a smooth fashion. All necessary tests were completed in a quick time. I requested them to send all the records to my doctor, and they sent it promptly. Even the billing was a breeze. The best hospital that I have ever come across.

I want to continue seeking care here in case a need arises.

Great Hospital!

Casa Grande Medical Center provides the best medical care in this part of the woods. The doctors, nurses, techs, support services, every individual goes out of the way to ensure that you get treated well. Very impressed with the things here.

The only thing that needs to be taken care of is the cafeteria food. It is terrible. I have visited the cafeteria quite a few times, and every single time, I was provided pathetic and totally unpalatable food. These folks do not even know how to make hamburgers. I always found it rare in the middle.

Medical care wise, the best…just avoid the cafeteria

This hospital staff desperately needs staff with better communication skills. There is a lack of communication between the staff and between staff and patients. I received good care here. The doctors and nurses were professional and took very good care of me. The only issue...the duty doctor and nurse did not communicate my status to the next shift doctors.

It was okay, but what really pissed me off was the customer service. I had explicitly asked them to send my scripts to Walgreens in Coolidge as it was near to my house. However, these people sent it to Walgreens located to be a different city. When I called them to report the error and rectify it, these idiots kept on transferring me to different people who gave me completely different stories.

I was tossed around like a football, and nobody had an answer to why the error happened and how to rectify it. Wasted my precious time

Casa Grande has to pull up its socks if it wants to continue getting patients. The standard of care is terrible, the people are rude and least bothered about your care and the wait times are atrocious.

I had visited this hospital after badly cutting my hand. It was bleeding, and I was not able to stop the flow. I reached the ER. The lady on the front desk took her own sweet time registering me. The triage nurse was no better. By the time I was seen by the doctor, it was nearly four hours, and I had already lost a lot of blood. The doctor was also slow.

Long story short, I spent nearly five hours in the hospital for a wound that should have been addressed within minutes, given the amount of blood that I lost.

In case of emergency, it is better to visit Chandler Regional. At least you can be assured that you would get better care.

I do not know how to thank these wonderful people who treated my two-year-old daughter. She hurt herself in a freak accident. She was in severe pain and had a deep cut on her thigh. We rushed her to Casa Grande. She was registered and taken in quickly.

After a ten-minute wait, we were taken back to the room where an excellent doctor treated her. She first ensured that my daughter was calmed down. Once she was calmed down, she carefully stitched the cut on her thigh. There was no mark on my daughter’s leg after the sutures were removed. Exceptional care and amazing suture skills.

Thanks to everyone for taking exceptional care of my child. My family appreciates it
