I have heard horror stories about Banner and Baywood, in particular. So imagine my situation when I was ordered to get a stat imaging here by my PCP. I somehow gathered courage and came here. The treatment I got here blew me away.

The registration lady helped me in getting the forms filled. I was escorted to the outpatient imaging department. People there were warm and very friendly. They were also accommodating. The images were taken without any hiccups and then within a matter for two hours, the image was read and uploaded on the patient portal.

I have changed my opinion regarding Banner and Baywood. I would not hesitate to return for any medical need

I was advised to get an operation done here, and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. Everything was handled very smoothly. The admission process was easy. The surgery went off well. The recovery phase also went off without any hiccups. I've gone to Cleveland Clinic as well as some other big daddies, and the care which I got here can be compared to those hospitals and in some instances, it is much better than these big daddies.

The community is blessed to have such a wonderful hospital in the neighborhood.

Banner Baywood SUCKS!!!!

I will never place hope in this hospital again. The worst medical facility that I have ever come across. The nurses are very rude and highly insensitive. I was shouted down by a b***h who thought that since I was unwell, she can push me around. She was also very rude to others and even a small child.
The doctor was no better. He rushed through my care. He also did not have time to tell what my ailment was and how to avoid any recurrence.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Won’t be back here.
