Baltimore Washington Medical Center sucks. I would suggest everybody not to spend their hard-earned money on the less-than-average care that you are going to get here. The wait times are so atrocious that one could get old before being called in. The staff also does not communicate when would your turn come or what is happening. The only benefit I got after coming here was that I got my vitals taken twice, and it was deemed that I did not have any hypertension.

Got super quick and excellent service. I visited the ER in the dead of night with severe backache, which was impeding my sleep. I was taken in and got called back to the room within a matter of minutes. An RN saw me and then a doctor. Few tests were ordered, and when the results came out, the doc made an appropriate diagnosis, and I was discharged. My entire visit might have lasted less than two hours, a majority of which was spent on waiting for the result. Awesome service!!!!

A loved one was admitted to this hospital for nearly twenty days with a severe life-threatening reaction to antibiotics. The care which she got was wonderful. Everybody, starting from the ER to the ICU and then to the floor, and later on to the Rehab was great. Specialists ran every possible test that would have showed that she was progressing. The staff was caring, kind, and supportive. Thanks to their relentless efforts, our loved one was fully cured and is now back on her feet. Can't praise them enough

This review is for the pharmacy staff and the wonderful lunch I had.

The food was excellent. The chicken tenders were cooked to perfection. The honey mustard was a great addition. They do serve large portions.

The pharmacy staff is excellent and very friendly. My friend had a problem with his prescription, and the staff sorted out the problem from their end. The service he got was excellent
