My boyfriend has been to Ball Memorial twice, once for more than a month after an accident and the second time, a few days back for a fever that was not subsiding. Both the times, he was taken very good care of. The staff is great and takes very good care of its patients. The nurses and doctors are friendly, caring, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The only complaint that I could think of is food. It is average, but sometimes it can slide to unpalatable…

My aunt recently underwent a triple bypass open-heart surgery at Ball Memorial. She had a very positive experience. Everything was great, and the entire process moved smoothly – right from entering the ER till her discharge. A Thank You from the bottom of heart to every single individual who was involved in her care. The family appreciates your efforts in making our beloved family member recover quickly. Excellent Care

Please do not believe any negative stuff about this hospital. I am regular here for the past five years, and I have always received exceptional care. Agreed the ER could be a big pain, but then it is an ER and not a movie theater where you go to have fun and relax. The nurses and doctors are always on their feet in trying to provide the best possible care. There are also problems due to the ongoing construction work, but they are temporary, and the result would be wonderful.

I would not dream of visiting any other hospital seeking medical care

The ER staff who were working on yesterday are disgusting, both the doctor and the nurse, the nurse more. My wife is seven months pregnant & was bleeding and having extreme pain. We told the nurse about it, but there was no sort of urgency from her end. She asked us to wait for our turn. We waited for an hour before Alice was taken back to the room. The doctor was also not too worried about it and gave pain meds

Heloo dumbass....she is pregnant…how about some scans or a referral to GYN or an admission? We left AMA and got Alice admitted to another hospital.

Couldn't be worse. I take my father who was complaining of chest pain and ended up watching at least a dozen walk past and get seen by the doctor.

Finally, when a person walked in with a stubbed toe and was called in before us, we decided that it is a waste of our time to sit here. My family won’t be back here at all!!!
