I generally do not complain or review about anything but making an exception for this hospital. The ER doctors and nurses are very mechanical and lack empathy. They treat patients like a robot and are not concerned about their problems. I had gone there after some complications arose from an abdominal surgery that I had nearly a year ago. I was in terrible pain, and these idiots made me sit for nearly two hours. Once back in the room, the doctor takes one look at my stomach…did not feel it or press it…nothing….and says I have to visit the surgeon for further care. I told him the doctor is traveling to India, and there is no way he can come back and meet me immediately. They just could not understand. At least he could have ordered an x-ray, some blood work that would give him a head start…nothing.

I had to drive for two hours in this terrible pain to another hospital where they took prompt action and resolved my ailment.

The icing on the cake at this hospital was that these f****ng buggers made me pay my deductibles up front… an excellent way to loot people. Get the money upfront, and do not treat them.

Recently I had a major cardiac issue and was rushed to this hospital. The ER doctor did the preliminary work and then transferred me to the ICU. I was in the ICU for nearly a week, and once stabilized, I was shifted to the floor. I was treated well while on the floor. The staff was very professional, and so were the doctors and specialists. They ensured that not only was my ailment diagnosed properly, but also made sure I got proper treatment. Thanks to their wonderful care, I escaped from going under the knife. Very happy with the treatment

I just cannot believe what they did to my wife. Bloody f*****g hospital and Bloody f*****g staff.

My wife is heavily pregnant, and she had complaints of pain and bleeding. What do these b*****ds do….make her wait for nearly six hours. I dropped my wife here hoping that things would be done in an hour and I could take her back home. I completed all my errands and then joined her. After waiting for so long, I had enough and asked the nurse when her turn would come. Her answer, “Pretty soon.” She added that they did not notice that Abbie was pregnant…Well hello, you should have noted it down while taking all the details. We decided to leave and seek care at another hospital. I told the nurse we were going, and she was pretty cool. “No issues, but make sure that the baby is doing fine.” It is a miracle that she is still alive and I am not in jail.

So, completed an outpatient surgery two weeks back. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The service in the pre-op was exceptional. The procedure itself went off smoothly. The post-op was also without any issues. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, caring, and helpful. A big and heartfelt thanks to all those who were involved in my care. I would use their services again. No doubt about that
