Adventist Hospital in Louisville ROCKS and their staff are rockstars. The hospital has an all-pervasive welcoming vibe and the staff compete with each other to provide the best possible care. The ER provided me with immediate care which was impressive. They shifted me to ICU, which was phenomenal, and had caring and competent nurses and doctors. I was transferred to Med Surg floor which again had excellent caregivers and provided fantastic care. I would be lying if do not say that this was the best facility that I have ever stayed in.

Adventist Hospital in Louisville, CO rips you off. They do not hesitate to charge you many times more than the prices that are indicated when one seeks care here. I can understand minor changes and if any complicated recovery process is needed, but charging 2x to 3x more is not fair and unacceptable.

Adding salt to the injury is the untrained customer representatives who will give false and contradictory statements when you confront them with the bill and try to understand why such huge charges. They will stonewall you if you want to escalate the matter for getting the resolution of your bill. The worst part – they would prematurely turn you over to collections agency even when you are waiting for their replies.

I sought care in April 2018 and was charged 3x the fair price agreed upon. Thanks to these idiots, I have spent more money on phone calls with several Patient Representatives seeking a resolution to this massive bill, and each Patient Representative provided a different story for the bill. They also contradicted what Patient Representative before them said.

I think it is time to visit the Better Business Bureau

My mother had to undergo emergency surgery here. She was welcomed and given due respect. She was treated very well and received the best possible care right from the admission to discharge. The surgery was complicated due to some mistakes on our part, but the staff did not make a big fuss about it. They adjusted and ensured that things worked out well.

Thanks to the excellent care, my mother is healing quickly and getting impatient to get back to her baseline. Very pleased with the care she received here. Appreciate it
