I have always given this hospital very good reviews and rating and I would love to do it till the end of time. They have my loyalties because they treated me no less than a queen when I got admitted here for my labor and delivery. Their maternity ward is more than awesome and I would recommend all expecting mothers to register themselves here for their deliveries. Trust me, you are never gonna regret it!

I was wonderfully cared for by the doctors and the nurses from the time I was admitted here and they carefully monitored my delivery as well as recovery process. A few of them even went over the top to make me feel special as a new mother.

Please give birth to your baby here if you have a chance to do so!

My wife got herself injured in the midst of a hailstorm and she was rushed to the ER of West Allis. Whoever did that, made the best decision ever. She received tremendous amount of good care from the patients. And even now, at the mention of this hospital’s name, she cannot stop bragging about
how professionally yet compassionately she was treated in this hospital.

When I arrived at the hospital, I could see that the place was extremely busy but that did not deter them from giving the best possible care to my wife.

And when I reached there, I was all panicky and full of questions. But the nurses were patient enough to answer all of them and they were gracious enough to make me feel comfortable.

A big thank you to one and all working here.

I got injured unexpectedly and had to be rushed to West Allis. But the visit to this hospital made the otherwise unpleasant injury into a bearable experience because of the people who worked here. Every single person I encountered was awesome and they very quickly addressed my situation with complete care and heaps of compassion.

I was patiently spoken to and all my queries and doubts were cleared and I was given the confidence that things would be fine. I don’t want to go back in there bcz after all it’s a hospital but if I do have to, then I am no more anxious because I know I am definitely gonna be in good and blessed hands.

That’s the only assurance I need and I have it now.

Aurora West Allis is the epitome of perfection and professionalism. From the lower to the top management, everyone seems to have respect for their patients and treat them accordingly.
When things went wrong with me and they came to know about it, they told me and they came up with efficient measures to tackle the issues as well.

A few months ago, I was diagnosed with liver sclerosis and had to make trips to this facility multiple times.

And I always had good experiences with the ER department here. I needed utmost care during my visits and never was I denied that. The nurses knew exactly what I needed and they made sure that every little things happened as per my convenience.

I love them for their sincerity and hard work and I will forever be grateful to them.

The staff of West Allis are amicable people and they know how to be sweet and good to their patients but their services are well below average. There is nothing good one can say about the services this place has to offer.

People are nice here but their knowledge and skills are just average or below average. They hardly know what they are doing and are confused most of the times.

Definitely A plus for their helpful nature but that’s about it! Beyond that, there is nothing in that place which I can appreciate.

When you are rushed into an emergency room, you expect your treatment process to begin as soon as you reach there and be attended to immediately. Duhhh!! Its an emergency after all!

At no cost does one expect to be made to wait for 4-5 hours and still not be attended to. After all, the name emergency does actually suggest immediate action to be taken.

But that’s not the case here. ER is a joke in the name of emergency. If you come here, be prepared to wait for a long time before you are finally attended to even though there is no rush.

I value my life; therefore I wouldn’t be coming here again when I am in an emergency.
