I had the misfortune of visiting this damn joke of an ER with my son, who was suffering from a sudden stomachache. The care provided to him made me kick myself for bringing him to this place. The ER nurse was very rude. The wait time was incredibly ridiculous. The nurse and the doctor made it known to us that they despised our coming to the ER at such hours, and it was disturbing their leisure time. After waiting for three hours in a completely deserted ER, my son was called back to the room, and the doctor spent a minute with him and prescribed some meds for pain. No tests, no talking calmly with the child to understand what happened, nothing. I ended up taking my son to St. Mary's Ozaukee ER, where he received exceptional care. He had a rare infection and needed to stay in the ICU for three days. I would never take my child to any Aurora Medical Centers.

Betty delivered our child at this place. We were nervous about the whole thing, as this was our first child. The labor and delivery nurse and the OB/GYN were amazing and provided exceptional care and support to Betty. They made sure that Betty was comfortable during the entire period. The delivery was completed without any issues. We had heard many horror stories about delivering a baby in the hospital from friends and family, but thankfully, none of those horror stories came true while Betty was delivering.

My son came here for an ortho consult after he ended up twisting his ankle very badly and was not able to put his foot down. The orthopedist diagnosed with him a muscle tear and suggested surgery to repair the muscle. The staff was great. An appointment was fixed. On the due date, the staff had made all the preparations for the surgery, and Jerry underwent successful surgery. Thank you, AMC Grafton, for taking good care of my son

If your loved ones or you fall sick and need medical care, please do a favor and do not visit this dump. You will not get medical care. Only glares and growling faces. In case you are lucky enough to see a doctor, then do not be so happy because the doctor will finish the evaluation in a second and before you know you would be discharged. I went there twice. The first time I waited in the lobby for nearly six hours and then left. The second time, I was lucky and ended up seeing the doctor who spent a minute with me and ended up misdiagnosing me. Any hospital would be much better than this.

Visited the ER a few days back with a minor ailment which actually did not require emergency care. However, I had a previous episode like this, which had turned nasty for me, and I was not willing to take a risk. The ER doctor was very understanding and evaluated me thoroughly and made a proper diagnosis. Very pleased with this gentleman
