For all my healthcare needs, I have trusted this hospital. Be it a medical emergency or a blood draw or admission for a procedure or having babies (three so far), this has been our go-to hospital. The reason why we like this hospital is the fact that the staff treats every single patient with respect and most importantly, as a human being. They are friendly, caring, compassionate, and very professional. The only blot on this hospital is the cafeteria. The food is okay but not something that we would look forward to eat…

I was very fortunate that I had an amazing hospital experience during the ER visit. I was triaged and seen by the doctor in less than 15 minutes (which is super quick when you compare it with other hospitals). Everyone whom I interacted with during the time spent here (nurse, doctor, technician, billing associate) were very friendly and ensured that my trip here was completely hassle-free. My entire visit lasted maybe a shade more than an hour, and it also involved same-day lab testing.

Guys, at least show some respect to an elderly patient.

I visited the ER with my 65-year-old mother, who was complaining of severe lower backache. She was given a wheelchair to sit. Come to think of it, that was the only good act that these people did. We were made to wait for nearly five hours – me in an uncomfortable chair, and my mother in an even more uncomfortable wheelchair. After five hours, my mother said that she could not feel her legs at all. I had to massage her leg for nearly 15 minutes to get some circulation going. Even after seeing this, she did not get called in. Finally, after six hours, we were called in and talked with the doctor for “one minute” who advised cold packs. Cold packs for a lower backache…I could not believe what I heard. While leaving, these idiots did not even offer a wheelchair till the main door.

Two days later, she went to another ER where a scan showed she had kidney stones.

Cold packs…….

Compared to other ERs in the neighborhood, this emergency room is much better. Barring an odd one or two, most of the staff is nice and friendly. My dad was admitted to the ICU after undergoing a battery of tests conducted in the ER. From ICU, he was shifted to the floor. If the ER and ICU folks were good, then the staff on the floor was great. They took excellent care of my dad. The hospitalist who evaluated my dad was an excellent guy and communicated very clearly with me what was my dad’s ailment and how to go forward with regards to the ailment and the precautions to take. Got a personalized service at this place. I would look forward to getting medical care at this place for my family
