Worst hospital in the entire state. I had brought my son here after he started complaining of ear pain and was pulling his left ear. Edgar was taken in pretty quickly and then seen by a doctor who confirmed what I was thinking…an ear infection. So far, so good. The doc prescribed some antibiotics, and then we were on our way. The real shock was reserved for later. These buggers charged my insurance nearly 300 dollars. The amount of time spent by the doctor on examining my son’s ear – less than five minutes. While my son’s matter was somewhat urgent, but these people had the gumption to slip in an ER charge. While the care was good, the billing soured the entire mood. Not planning to return here anytime soon.

Last night, my wife walked into the emergency room and was checked right in. Quick because it was deserted. The staff who checked her in was quick and proficient. The doctor saw her in less than 15 minutes. The nurse and the doctor were thorough and accurate. Chrissie felt like a celebrity due to the attention that was showered on her. Very happy with the way the staff treated her. We would recommend this ER to anyone

I was here for what was not a major emergency, but still an emergency. The staff checked me in very fast, and the doctor was beside me in minutes. The wait time was pretty reasonable when you compare it with other hospitals. The nurses and the doctor whom I interacted with were good. They were respectful, courteous, professional, and had excellent bedside manners. The quality of care was also good. Would recommend this ER to anyone and everyone who seek quality care

Very disappointed. Pissed off…

I had gone to the ER with my elderly dad as he was feeling very down and had a high fever. The staff never took the fact that he was depressed very seriously. They were saying what is there to feel depressed in a 70 YO man. WOW!!! Never knew that there was an age limit for feeling depressed. The doctor also ignored his depression part and worked on his fever. He might have spent hardly two minutes with him, asked the routine questions, and then went ahead and prescribed OTC meds. During the entire time that we were here, the staff never gave him the respect he deserved…Won’t be coming back.

Absolutely the best hospital that I could have ever encountered. Nurses were kind, exceptional, and patient. I am not your ideal patient, but these folks dealt with me in a much better way than other ERs have done till now. The NP, as well as the doc, were very knowledgeable, professional, and the way they interacted made me feel that they genuinely cared. This is the second visit to the ER, and I am happy.

No issues at all with this facility. Every individual who interacted with us were very professional to my husband. They were not judgmental. He had issues with his stomach and needed some pain meds to tide over till his visit with PCP. The doctor was a wonderful lady who had excellent bedside manners. She not only gave the meds but also gave him some tips to alleviate the pain, in case he is not able to come to the ER...that was wonderful. Thanks, folks for the wonderful care.
