I have been to this ER thrice. The first two times, it went well, encouraging me to make a third visit. I have always found some improvement whenever I went. The wait times are reasonable, might I say better than some of its counterparts in the region. The nurses and doctors are great and treated me well during my previous two visits. The registration clerk is also okay. The best thing about this place is the actual ER rooms. You can get privacy. Many try to avoid visiting the ER due to its high costs, but if you have a medical emergency and stay in the vicinity, then this is the place to go

PATHETIC!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!

The staff does not have empathy towards patients. I was in the ER for nearly three hours with a bloodied hand, and none of the nurses offered me help. I even witnessed some rude behavior towards patients. A nurse was yelling at a poor old lady after she got up and was walking around to ease her pain. They had no shame. They even did not spare a young kid. After a wait of three hours, I decided to leave and informed the nurse. Her response was, “Okay. One less headache.”

The medical team at Ascension St. Mary’s is highly knowledgeable and quick. I had brought my friend here after he was injured in an accident. The staff got on to the case in a jiffy, and within a matter of hours, my friend was being operated upon and then shifted to the ICU. He was there for nearly two weeks, and not once did he complain about the services. Thanks for taking excellent care of my friend.
