Extremely happy that I have been seeking care at Anderson Hospital for nearly a decade now. The thing that attracts me to this hospital is the exceptional group of doctors and nurses. They are very caring, understanding, professional, and know their stuff very well. Not just the staff, but the Administration is also A+. I will not hesitate to say that no matter the position they hold, every individual working at Anderson has only one concern – the patient should get exceptional treatment and wonderful care. My family loves visiting this hospital for their medical needs, and so do my friends. Three Cheers for Anderson Hospital.

Had the misfortune of visiting this hospital on 02/15/19 for a medical emergency. The staff took my insurance details and sent me on. The treatment over and two days later, I get a bill of $3000. I called the office, and they agreed to the mistake and updated the records. The next day, I get a bill from the doctor and a few days later from the radiology. I ended up calling Anderson again. The person who answered me said that I would have to deal with them on my own. I needed to call them and then inform them about the billing. Anderson is not involved in it. I was like WOW. You idiots screw up a simple thing, and when it comes to correcting your mistake, you want me to call up and get the information corrected?

I made the calls and got the charges reversed. Learned a very good lesson…Never visit Anderson.

Delivered my son here three years ago. Plan to deliver my second baby here in a few months. The staff managing the Pavilion for Women are great and outstanding. Very supportive, attentive, and excellent bedside manners. Recommend visiting their L&D department for delivering your baby

My wife was a patient at Anderson. The doctors and nurses were outstanding. The premises was very clean. I found the ambiance in this hospital pretty comforting. This hospital is in extreme contrast to DePaul, where we had visited first. The hospital is filthy, and there is nothing praiseworthy there. I will shift mine as well as my family’s care to Anderson.
