Dr. Gihan Wetzel should not be allowed to practice medicine anywhere in the world. She is very dismissive, does not respect patients, and is always in a hurry to diagnose and move on to the next patient. The doctor does not even respect the nurses. She bullies them. I am really surprised that there have been no deaths under her care. I went to the ER on account of severe abdominal pain and what does this b***h do…she orders IV fluids and dismisses me. The pain remains constant, but she is unmoved. She shouted at me saying that I was unnecessarily occupying a bed. That’s not it. I overheard her telling other people that those who stay in America should learn English first and then come and seek care. I had a look at whom she was talking to, and it was a poor Latino man who was trying to make his son sit still. Compassion, care, and kindness, as well as medicinal knowledge, is something that has not even gone past her. I pray that she gets what she deserves.

I visit another hospital, and I am diagnosed with gallstones…

If you are searching for a hospital that treats its patients likes human beings, then look no further. Your search ends at Anaheim Regional Hospital. My mother underwent surgery at Anaheim Regional Hospital. The exceptional customer service that she got simply blew us away. The staff is excellent, professional, and very hard working. This is all pervasive. It is the same in the ER, ICU, pre-op, PACU, reception, and even security. They treated my mother well, and what was considered to a hopeless case was turned into a success. Excellent Work!!! Keep it up!!! Thanks again

Delivered my precious princess at this wonderful hospital in late March. We are happy that we selected this hospital to deliver our child because the experience which we got was out of this world. My contractions had lasted for nearly 24 hours, and we were getting worried, but Nurse Josephine helped me tide through it. She held my hands and made me relax and even comforted me. She also helped in calming down my husband. Once our baby came into this world, the hospital shifted us to our private room, and that was also awesome. We would not forget the wonderful care and guidance provided by Dr. Yoo who ensured that a healthy and beautiful baby was born

Excellent Service. Genuinely caring nurses and doctors. Good support staff.

I had a great experience during my ER visit a few nights back. Despite me visiting the ER at ungodly hours, the staff treated me well. There was hardly any wait time. The doctor was in the room within minutes. The doctor was an exceptional lady who had excellent bedside manners and had enough time to ask me questions as well as hear me out. Total time spent with the doctor – 10 minutes. Total time in the ER – 45 minutes. Would love to come back if the need arises
