I had to wait for five excruciating hours for my scheduled appointment, but I did not feel that I should reschedule or leave. The staff was very friendly and constantly updated me about the doctor’s status. They ensured I was comfortable during the waiting period.

He was in major surgery and was running late. However, after five hours, he came and apologized profusely for the delay. He did not rush through and heard me patiently, gave me his opinion and then included my inputs for developing a treatment plan.

Thank you, everyone

Staff is excellent. From the moment I entered until I walked out, I got exceptional care. The receptionists, registration staff, nurses, doctors, specialists, all were pleasant and efficient. The nurses and doctors were capable and friendly. The hospital premises was clean and organized. I genuinely felt that the staff loved working here, for I could not see any grumpy or glum face.

Not everyone was very cheerful, but they did genuinely care about your health and did not hesitate to wish you. I had an enjoyable experience. The only problem here was the food. It was awful; both room service and cafeteria.

I have been to some branches of Summit Healthcare and have been treated by highly competent people. I saw them being genuinely concerned about my health. They were very professional and highly knowledgeable. They kept us updated about my status. A well-run place that emphasizes human element which is sorely missing in modern healthcare

Had a below-average experience. The doctors and nurses were okay but were not able to provide me with the care that I deserved. I felt they were beating around the bush. Never felt satisfied with the care I got here. The food was completely unpalatable. The organization which is responsible for food should be immediately fired. Overall, a below-average experience
