I had to undergo occupational therapy at Alhambra, and I am happy that I did the therapy here. The OTs were wonderful and very professional. They were friendly. The therapists always encouraged me to push the limit. A special thanks to CJ De Guzman, the lab tech, who was a helping hand when I came for the therapy. She was awesome!

Alhambra Medical Center rocks. I have visited this ER several times during the past two years with my father and girlfriend, and every single visit has been a very satisfying visit. The wonderful professional staff ensured that my father received the best possible care he could get. The nurses are amazing and nurturing. The nursing staff does not hesitate to go above and beyond if it helps with the care. The doctors are bit detached and professional, but they do provide amazing care. They do not worry about the insurances or money we had and ran all the necessary tests. No unwanted tests. I am confident that the care that we got at this place would never be replicated anywhere else.

Rushed to the ER yesterday after my son ended up burning himself in a freak accident. We were helped immediately! The ER front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The nurses took my son in quickly, and then we were with the doctor in a matter of minutes. Thankfully, the burns were not deep enough. The doctor provided appropriate care, and we were on our way. The entire staff was super gentle, and we felt that they genuinely cared for the wellbeing of my son

The care provided was okay, but when it comes to cleanliness, this hospital sucks. The ER waiting area was very dirty, and so was the patient room. It was stinking, and I held my nose while the doctor evaluated me. I had to be admitted and was shifted to the floor. The room felt like a garbage dump. The garbage can was overflowing. I told the nurse about it. She was not too happy that she had to take care of it. I asked her to get the housekeeping staff and clean the room. It was cleaned but after two days, at the time when I was being discharged. I am fortunate that I did not get any illness due to trash….
