Best Hospital!!!

I always avoid Urgent Care because they give a Band-Aid style treatment. I also feel the same about the ERs.

However, this past Monday ended up visiting the ER with my wife after she had a slip-and-fall, and was complaining of severe pain in her back and legs. The nurses and doctors at AMH ER Centre attended to her right away. Very friendly, professional, they knew what they were doing. Paid a lot of attention to details. Great staff and doctors. I am highly impressed….thinking of shifting my care to AMH

I stayed here for nearly a week. I could not find anything major that would have soured my pleasant experience at this place. There were some bumps, but they could be treated as minor irritants, at best. The hospital premises was clean. The rooms were clean. all the nurses and doctor involved with my care were on top of everything and ensured that I was on the path to recovery by the time I left this hospital

Staff at Albany Memorial Hospital SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!

I had brought my 60 YO cancer-stricken mother after she was throwing up blood while coughing. Parked my car and was trying to help her get out without hurting. I was not able to do so smoothly. Glancing around, I saw a nurse taking a smoke break and requested her to help. She did not say a word and left. Finally, I somehow got her out of the car and got her into the main building. I told the registering lady about her condition, and she was like, “I do not care...sign up and then wait for your turn.”

Told the nurse about my mom, her response…wait for your turn. I was feeling very angry and asked how much time we should wait, and she said about four to five hours...

Did not wait for any second longer and took her to a good hospital whose staff was quick to attend to her and took excellent care of her…Will not step into this shithole again.
