I will never step into Alameda Hospital again. I spent six hours just to be seen by a dickhead who was busy with his phone even while he was evaluating me. The time I spent with the doctor was five minutes, of which four minutes was spent by him on fiddling his phone. The remaining one minute was spent on reading the chart, asking canned questions and then going to make a diagnosis, did not even ask me what my problem was. This is not the first time that this has happened. I am pissed off, and I am not coming back. Alameda, you lost my business because of some jackass.

I had to visit the ER after suddenly developing pain in my chest. I visited around 1:30 AM. Even at this hour, I was treated very well. The registration was done quickly, and after a five-minute wait, I was taken back to the room. The doctor was beside me within minutes. He had excellent bedside manners and did a thorough evaluation. He asked all the right questions and then made a proper diagnosis. Satisfied with the way the ER staff treated me. I was out of the hospital by 3:00 AM

This is one great hospital. I do not care about what others say, but I have visited this place several times. They have treated me well always. Yes, there have been some visits where the wait time was frustrating, but the excellent care made up for it. I would not think twice if there is a need to visit this wonderful hospital
