This place helped me learn a lesson but fortunately, I had my insurance pay for its cost!! Lol!! I came in here with a troubled stomach. I was having severe cramps and was feeling nauseous as well. I could not even hold myself up properly. But still, I decided to come here because I read on their website that they did not have any ER wait time; so when I walked in here I expected the doctors to see me immediately.

Alas!! I had to wait for more than 3 hours to be taken in and seen by a doc. And while I was waiting, I happened to speak to 2 people who were waiting for 5 hours, but of course, they went in before me.

Finally to find out the root cause of my stomach issues, they ran many tests but ultimately ended up with nothing. They couldn’t come to a conclusion from those tests and prescribed me the usual normal medications and sent me back home.

The shocker of the year was when they sent me a bill with a whooping amount of $6000 on it. But I was lucky that my insurance covered it. So, a lesson learnt but thankfully not by burning a hole in my pocket.

My husband underwent a surgical procedure at this hospital. Prior to the surgery, when I discussed with my friends about getting it done here, I got mixed responses. So, I was sort of skeptical taking my husband here. But finally we decided to go in and get it done from Adventist and we are more than glad that we did.

The staff were really kind to us and they gave clear instructions to my husband and me and at the same time made sure we calmed down totally before the procedure.

The doctor who performed the surgery did a wonderful job and it was because of her and her team of nurses that my husband recovered quickly and he was happy throughout the whole time he was in the hospital.

Loved the place, their staff and the services they provide!

An unexpected sinus infection brought me to the ER of this hospital and all it took in the ER after a very long wait was not more than 10 minutes. The medicines helped and I was happy I sort help at Adventist and the happiness prevailed till the day I received a bill for $700.

That day I realized they have such horrific billing practices and unfortunately there is nobody in the hospital who addresses these things. I know; so easy and convenient for them!! But that was a pain in my ass. Luckily my insurance covered a part of it but I had to pay hefty from my pocket too and nobody had any valid explanation for the same.

I think I have had enough of these people and I do not wish to step into that place again!!

Do not go in here unless you want yourself dead!! I am dead serious when I say this. One of my family members was admitted here and the doctors here who show such attitude when you ask them something did nothing at all when it came to taking care of him.

He was misdiagnosed in the first place and it was because of sheer negligence on the part of the staff working for this hospital that my relative finally died that too in pain.

So, from my personal experience I would never recommend even people who I hate to go to this hospital at any cost.

My cousin brother had to undergo a colonoscopy recently and he chose to do it at this hospital with one of the finest doctors I have ever met. When I have to get a colonoscopy done, I am definitely going to this guy. I know all of this because I had taken my brother to the hospital for the procedure, met the staff and drove him back home once it was done.

The doctor was sweet enough to explain the entire procedure not just to my cousin but also to me. He seemed really kind to me and from the way he spoke I could easily gauge that he knew stuff. He has some kind of magic in him which helped patients feel totally comfortable even in a very unpleasant situation like this.
